A Day in the Life
Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain and broad experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways, and optimize operations.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst. This key role involves working across departments within IHS to support our Service Delivery team and manage our supply chain operations. The role is fully remote, supporting our European account base, with occasional travel to client locations in the UK or our Netherlands office.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Leading master data creation and maintenance in SAP, collaborating with central teams.
2. Resolving data issues to ensure effective application use.
3. Supporting new account activations and system setups.
4. Managing data in Business Central ERP for assigned accounts.
5. Addressing data or system issues for assigned accounts.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity using tools like GHX Nexus.
7. Developing and implementing data management processes.
8. Monitoring and reporting on data quality and performance metrics.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
2. Experience in Master Data Management, with familiarity with Business Central ERP and SAP preferred but not essential.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in teams.
6. Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
