The role is titled Sports Coach, but the position is centred around supporting students within the classroom and wider school environment. You will help pupils stay focused in lessons, support behaviour, and contribute to a calm and structured learning atmosphere. About the Role: You will work alongside teachers and school staff to support students across a range of subjects. The role involves classroom assistance, supervising pupils, and helping maintain engagement throughout the school day. Prime Responsibilities of Sports Coach: Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom tasks Supervise students and ensure they remain on task Support behaviour management in line with school expectations Encourage engagement and participation using coaching techniques Work with small groups or individual students where needed Support general school routines and daily activities Requirements of Sports Coach: Experience in sports coaching, fitness, or working with young people Confidence in managing groups and maintaining control Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and flexible approach Interest in working within schools and supporting student development Why Apply as a Sports Coach?
