What we expect
1. Lead and coordinate the ITS team of 30 colleagues in Manchester
2. Management responsibility for all ITS functions – technical support, training, repairs, spare part source and supply, sales and marketing support, structured in 4 departments with individual department heads
3. Drive marketing and customer relationship in close collaboration with local sales teams
4. Direct customer contact (customer visits, job-site audits, tender negotiation meetings supporting the TK Field Organizations)
5. Develop Technology solutions in the Area of ITS Service R&D
6. Conduct internal and external events by hosting customer tours and promotional visits at ITS Manchester facility
7. Responsibility for the ITS Manchester budget and managing the financing of the services
8. Coordinate legal aspects and challenges coming from reverse engineering projects and keeping up to date on the latest competitor technological developments
9. Further develop and improve the internal ITS services delivery to the Field entities in Europe Afrika
10. Attributed with excellent communication and public speaking skills, you will be offering commercial presentations to both, our clients and to TKE personnel
Who we are looking for
11. University degree or similar educational background
12. Multi-lingual knowledge – Besides English - min. 1 additional languages out of the list fluent (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
13. Management background (Leadership, Human Resources, Financials)
14. 100% customer focus and high intercultural awareness
15. International customer service delivery and direct customer and service sales experience
16. Marketing and communications know how and presentation skills
17. Experience in personnel development and management
18. Basic technical knowledge of elevator control systems
19. Basic knowledge in Financial management
