Affluent encompasses the financial planning business, Quilter Financial Planning, the Quilter Investment Platform and Quilter Investors, the multi-asset investment solutions business.

High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning – offering a highly personalised service to private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners. Ourtwo-yearEarly Careers Programme within the COO division is designed to give you a clear understanding of how Technology, Data & AI, and Change work together to support the full customer service journey. From enhancing digital capabilities and strengtheningdata drivendecision making, to delivering change that improves the customer experience, each rotation exposes you to the areas that underpin Quilter’s operational success.

Throughout the programme,you’llbuild practical experience across these three core areas, helping youunderstand how digital systems, analytics, and organisational change shape how we serve and safeguard our customers, optimise our processes, and evolve as a business.

Whatyou’llexperience

Technology
Gain hands-on experience with the technology systems and platforms that power our business.You’llexplore digital transformation projects and develop awareness of key areas such as information security and cybercrime prevention.

Data & AI
Learn how data drivesdecision makingat Quilter.You’llanalyse complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and applyAI enabledtools to support innovation, enhance processes, and influence strategic outcomes.

Change
Build core skills in delivering effective change.You’lllearn how to plan and support change initiatives, apply business analytics to measure impact, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

How the Programme Comes Together

As you move through each rotation,you’lldevelop a connected understanding of how Technology, Data & AI, and Change shape the customer experience and support Quilter’s operational excellence.You’llsee how digital platforms enable service delivery, how data informs strategic decisions, and how structured change turns ideas into real improvements for customers. By the end of the programme,you’llhave a holistic view of how these functions work in harmony to drive innovation and strengthen Quilter’slongtermsuccess.

The role is based in our Southampton office, and there will be some opportunity to work from home.

This role is offering a salary of£24,500.

Upon successful completion of theprogramme, you may be offereda position within one ofthecustomer interactionteams.

Consumer Duty

Whilst thisisn’ta directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers.

About You

Our programme is open to candidates regardless of whether they hold a degree. Please note, however, that we have two programme in-takes each year: one in April and one in September. To be eligible, you must have completed all studies prior to the start date of your chosen in-take,either April or September 2026.

As part of the programme, we will support you in obtaininga qualificationin this area of our business.

In addition, we also ask that:

2. Youpossessa strong interest in data collection, interpretation, and presentation. You are enthusiastic about analytics and committed to enhancing this skillset.

3. You are keen to learn more about AI, prompt engineering, predictive analytics and how this can be used inCustomerServices.

4. A keen attention to detail, and a curious mind.

5. Youwill be able todemonstratethatyou’recontinuously able to develop and adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and are receptive to all feedback.

6. You are a team player, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.

7. You have clear and concise communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

8. You are proactive, with a can-do attitude and eager to take on new challenges.

9. You have a strong work ethic and want to grow your career.

10. You are proficient in Microsoft Officeand Power BI(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

Core Benefits

Holiday: 182 hours (26 days)
