About the Role
This is a cradle-to-grave position where you’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of software development—from concept and design, through to implementation, testing, and final delivery. You’ll interface closely with our Embedded Software/Firmware teams and play a key role in the development of new control systems.
You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide other team members, ensuring quality, innovation, and timely delivery of solutions that truly matter.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the design and development of Windows-based software applications

Contributing to HMI and GUI design and development
*
Collaborating with embedded teams to ensure seamless system integration
*
Taking ownership of projects and being empowered to influence design and architecture
*
Approving documentation and design for technical accuracy
*
Delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
What We’re Looking For
*
Strong experience with C# and C++ programming
*
Proficient in multi-threaded and multi-process development
*
Skilled in Windows application development using Visual Studio
*
Hands-on experience with the design and implementation of HMI/GUI systems
*
Confident in reviewing and approving software designs and documentation
*
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
*
