We’re looking for a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to start in January continuing through for the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an inclusive environment where you can truly help children grow and thrive over the full school year, with the potential to continue beyond September 2026. About the Role You will support teachers by working closely with children, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Building strong relationships with children and giving them the time and space to develop is key. You should be fun, adaptable, and have a strong knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum. This role will require personal care, confidence in working with children who may struggle in mainstream classrooms is essential. Experience with SEND, especially SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), is a bonus but not essential.
