Job Opportunity: Multi Trade Operative – Component

Location: Liverpool, Wirral, Sefton - On Site
Role Responsibilities:
1. Perform a range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement works, primarily focusing on kitchen and bathroom replacements in occupied and void properties.
2. Carry out responsive repairs and void works as required.
3. Effectively locate properties using maps and directions.
4. Organize daily tasks independently, prioritizing jobs and appointments.
5. Assist colleagues to ensure timely completion of work.
6. Document all work orders and job sheets accurately, and produce reports on work undertaken and properties visited.
7. Communicate effectively with internal staff, colleagues, managers, and customers.
8. Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as directed by the manager.
9. Complete jobs according to priority and deadlines.
10. Participate in health and safety training and relevant informational sessions.
11. Contribute to the group's goal of becoming the 'contractor of choice' by delivering excellent customer service.
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
13. Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) relevant to their professional body and undertake necessary training.
14. Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with skills and experience.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 (desirable)
Skills & Competencies:
* Competent in at least three trades, including two in Joinery and Plumbing, with a third from Plastering or Tiling.
* Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Self-motivated with a strong initiative to meet targets.
* Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.
* Full awareness of health and safety requirements.
* Experience working with Housing Associations and delivering repairs is desirable.
* Full driving license.
