Join our Quality Team and make sure our energy infrastructure projects meet the highest standards. You’ll rotate across Systems, Assets, and Delivery, gaining experience in every part of the process.
As a Quality Graduate, you are about to embark on an exciting journey in the world of energy infrastructure! You’ll play a part in ensuring that our projects, meet the highest quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
* Support the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes
* Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, suppliers) to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety across the business
* Review supplier documentation and conduct site inspections
* Monitor subcontractor work and update procedures
* Support sustainability and compliance efforts
What you’ll bring
* A 2:2 or above in Business Management, Quality Management, or similar
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Passion for quality and continuous improvement
