Must haves! * Previous Insurance experience. * Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills. * Attention to detail and confident numeracy abilities. * Friendly & down to earth personality with a team player mentality. Nice to haves! * A qualification within Insurance, or working towards, however this client can support this. * Previous Claims Experience or Commercial Insurance experience would make the role a lot easier to grasp. What you’ll be doing – * Handle claims efficiently, liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. * Maintain up-to-date claims files and ensure timely follow-ups. * Verify policy coverage before advising clients. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Participate in cross-team projects and provide insights to underwriters.
