Description
Reporting into the leadership team as part of a small but ambitious team, as Senior Account Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery of complex and in-depth immersive projects from concept through to live launches.
What you'll do:
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple campaigns.
Be the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
Client management of a portfolio of key accounts.
Experience
What we're looking for:
Project management experience ideally within a digital creative agency.
Fantastic client management skills.
Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows (e.g. 3D, video, web, content)
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
A proactive attitude and a passion for innovative digital work.
Budgeting and scheduling expertise
Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, solutions-focused
Remuneration
£35-45k depending on experience
Hybrid working - ideally 3 days in the office
