We are looking for an Property Operations Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and strategic, with strong communication skills to effectively lead operations, coordinate teams, and ensure exceptional service across our property portfolio.
This is an excellent hands-on opportunity for a hard working; dependable and entrepreneurial minded person who enjoys being hands-on and strives under pressure.
Work requirements and shifts:
* Access to a vehicle during working hours (Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile when commuting during working hours)
* Access to a mobile phone with a camera and data during working hours
* Weekend availability
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of properties, enhancing value and experiences where opportunities identified
* Team Leadership and Staff Management
* Managing Office systems and Spreadsheets
* Guest Relations & Complaint Handling
* Property Inspections
* Performance Management Integration & Systems
* Recruitment and Staffing
* Property Health (Reactive & Proactive Maintenance)
* Financial Management (Payments, Deposits, Invoices)
