Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, supportive, experienced individual to join the Medical Outpatient Team in a Healthcare Assistant role. The post holder will work in a variety of Medical Outpatient settings including Suite 3, Suite 4, MDCU and Dermatology on a rotational basis.
This post is Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a caring approach to patients and relatives who attend the department and ensure dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
* Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients to receive care.
* Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
* Use patient/carers feedback to implement improvements that positively impact their care.
