Job description
Our client, a prominent organisation in the defence sector, is seeking a SIAM Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role, based in Preston, offers a unique opportunity to work within a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from the office 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) change processes within the organisation.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business change initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
3. Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics related to change management.
4. Coordinate with multiple service providers to manage change requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
6. Monitor and report on the impact of changes and the effectiveness of change management interventions.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in change management activities.
Job Requirements:
8. Experience as a Business Change Manager, preferably within the defence sector.
9. Strong understanding of SIAM principles and best practices.
10. Proven ability to manage change processes and implement effective change management strategies.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
