Personal Assistant – Barratt Redrow
Support the Director/Head of Department with executive administrative duties. Hybrid working – office, site and home as required.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Director/Manager to manage reports, correspondence, diary and email.
* Type letters, memos, Board Reports and follow up responses.
* Liaise with internal customers to ensure smooth workflow between departments and Head Office.
* Monitor costs incurred by the relevant department.
* Perform general office administration tasks (filing, photocopying, telephone calls).
* Act as main point of contact for apprentices enrolment and day‑to‑day engagement.
* Manage holiday and sickness planners.
* Manage the Department Directors diary.
* Provide other ad‑hoc duties and administrative support for additional departments.
Qualifications
* Experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, mail merges) and good written English.
* Ability to produce professional correspondence independently.
* Self‑disciplined with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
* Capacity to multitask efficiently and accurately under pressure.
* Team player with supportive attitude toward colleagues.
* Professional and pleasant demeanor in dealing with internal and external customers.
* Excellent telephone skills.
