A leading research and development company focused on sustainability and environmental risk solutions is seeking a candidate to lead one of its key business areas.
Head of Nature Risk Solutions – What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and implement nature risk solution applications to support biodiversity and sustainability.
* Lead sales and marketing strategies in Japan and East Asia to expand market presence.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on risk assessment methods and nature risk solutions.
* Plan and develop new solutions to address evolving risks related to nature and biodiversity.
* Promote nature-related initiatives and foster collaboration within their Group companies.
Head of Nature Risk Solutions – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Expertise in biodiversity, environmental disclosures, and frameworks.
* Proven experience in product planning, development, and bringing solutions to market.
* Strong sales and marketing skills, particularly in engaging with Japanese companies.
* Master’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., natural capital, environmental science).
* Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* IT proficiency with a keen interest in new technologies.
* Strong leadership and business development skills in the sustainability sector.
* Ability to translate complex environmental concepts into marketable solutions.
* Proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving innovation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
