Our client is looking for a Assistant Residential Services Manager to join a great team who run a high-profile residence in Pontoon Dock
You will get to know your customers and focus on building a community within the site, ensuring a first-class service is provided. This is a varied role, and your responsibilities will include ensuring that everyone is looked after, and the properties are safe and well maintained. This will also include the creation and delivery of an events programme by thinking creatively about ways to develop the community for your residents. Ideally you will have previous property management experience and be a good people manager, with a proven track record of coaching a team to deliver excellence. You will need a good understanding of safe working practises, as well as the legislation required to run a communal residence.
You will need strong communication skills, be well presented with a positive can-do attitude, have good business acumen and be used to working to KPI’s and managing budgets. excellent benefits are offered with this role. The hours are 40 per week over 5 days. You will work 8 hours per day on a rota with the rest of the team with the earliest start being 8.00am and the latest finish would be 8.00pm. You will also be required to work one Saturday in three with a day off in the week.
