We are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for a new children's home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.
The package on offer is a top-end market rate of up to £72,000.
Duties of the Children's Home Registered Manager include:
* Manage the 4-bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of responsibilities and key result areas as a Residential Manager.
* Participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD.
* Build and develop the staff team.
* Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
* Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards.
* Manage recruitment and staffing.
* Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures.
* Manage quality assurance.
* Manage the budget.
Package:
* A competitive salary of up to £60,000.
* + £5,000 in welcome bonuses.
* + up to 10% performance bonuses.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence.
* Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification.
* Experience within an EBD setting.
* QCF 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (Children's Social Care Pathway) or equivalent.
