Role Title: Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus
Location: East Sussex (3–4 days in office)
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a high-growth consumer goods brand based in East Sussex, who are seeking a Head of Logistics & Inventory to join their rapidly scaling business.

Key responsibilities for the role of Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations -
* Lead end-to-end logistics and inventory operations across multiple international regions
* Own and manage 3PL relationships, ensuring strong service, cost, and operational performance
* Drive inventory governance, stock accuracy, and visibility across ERP and distribution networks
* Improve logistics processes, systems, reporting, and operational scalability
* Manage last-mile delivery performance and customer experience
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and stock control
* Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
* Manage and develop a small logistics and inventory team
Key experience required for the role of Head of Logistics & Supply Chain Operations -
* Proven logistics and 3PL management experience within FMCG, consumer goods, food, wellness, beauty, or e-commerce environments
* Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and international logistics operations
* Experience working within fast-paced, scaling, or challenger brand environments
* Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience improving processes and performance
* Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and logistics reporting
* Experience managing suppliers, logistics partners, and operational stakeholders
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
* Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a growing business
