Within our Dental, Education and Medical Sectors we are looking to engage with talented Financial Advisers around the UK to discuss upcoming vacancies. We are keen to speak with both newly qualified Advisers who are looking to kick start their career and more experienced Advisers looking for a new rewarding role.

How we will support you in the role

1. We will provide you with the knowledge and resources that will enable you to become a true Specialist Financial Advisor to Dental, Education or Medical professionals
2. Following an initial assessment of your advice, experience and knowledge, we will enrol you on a bespoke onboarding programme that will cater to your learning requirements to allow you to excel as a recognised specialist that delivers complex advice to your customers
3. As well as having the ability to generate your own leads, our award-winning Marketing team will also provide you with high quality leads with strong potential for conversion.
4. You will have dedicated support from our Paraplanning team as well as from the wider administrative teams giving you time to focus on using your expertise to deliver complex advice to your customers.
5. We have a sizable team of Relationship Co-ordinators who will book your appointments and work closely with you to ensure the schedule works for you.

7. Personal development (relationship development, profile building, qualifications, increasing number of product licenses

How you will support your customers

10. Put your customers at the heart of what you do by using your expertise to be their critical friend that provides quality specialist financial advice on life insurance, pension, investment, wealth management and Inheritance Tax to truly maximise their wealth opportunities individual and business needs.
11. Formulate client engagement strategies to drive acquisition and long-term loyalty.
12. You will build a genuine connection with your customers by developing a deep understanding of their financial needs and aspirations and by demonstrating the value and difference that your specialist financial advice can make to their future as well as their families' and business'.
13. Develop relationships with our partnerships and affinities to understand the ongoing challenges that Dental, Education or Medical professionals are facing, which you will then consider when providing advice. This in turn will demonstrate to your customers that you are an educated trusted partner to their profession
14. Build successful relationships with the wider support teams and offer suggestions on how we can collaboratively deliver the best possible outcome to our customers in an efficient and timely way.

What you will bring to the role

15. QCF Level 4 qualified (essential) and Competent Advisor Status
16. Chartered status would be advantageous
17. Experience of providing financial planning in a regulated environment and ideally used to working with complex advice and experience wealth management
18. A demonstrated ability to be able to nurture a grow a customer base
19. An ambitious attitude with a business growth mindset
20. Proven history of being able to build long lasting and meaningful customer relationships
21. Innovation and practicality that will support in achieving optimum outcomes for you, for our customers and for our business
22. A continuous thirst for knowledge that will support you in seeking better ways to serve your customers
23. A strategic and innovative thinker with a pragmatic and inquisitive mindset
24. Someone that is trustworthy and acts with ethical integrity
25. Experience in identifying challenges that will impact your customers and establishing solutions to resolve these.
26. Strong communication and active listening skills who takes the time to truly understand the customer's needs, and leverages their expertise to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations.
27. Experience of working against income budget targets

Benefits

A starting salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with an OTE of £79,000

28. Bonus scheme with a potential to earn 160% of your salary per year (40% per quarter) with an additional maximum on target behaviour bonus of 15% (7.5% typical pay out)
29. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. Once you’ve been at Wesleyan for 5 years it will increase to 30 days.
