An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time consultant psychiatrist with our H&F South Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT) for six months, with the potential to extend to one year.
South MINT – 6 PAs working at Claybrook Centre. The MINT model aims to better meet individual needs through multidisciplinary teams (MDT) by developing good relationships with the local Primary Care Network (PCN). This is a transformed service, with workload assessments based on current referral patterns and existing caseloads. There are five PCNs in Hammersmith and Fulham, each supported by an MDT. A full-time Consultant Psychiatrist is allocated to each PCN, with a team approach to caseloads.
Applicants interested in a full-time role may consider adding locum consultant time to approximate a full-time position.
