About The Role
Room Attendant, Malmaison
£12.46 / 7 hours, Permanent, Weekend work, Leeds
Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You will have an eye for detail and high standards to meet our guests' expectations of a perfect stay.
Malmaison provides luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the UK. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison offers exquisite accommodations with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.
As a Room Attendant, you will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential. Ability to work independently for periods is also required. You will be a vital part of the Malmaison team, ensuring bedrooms are clean and tidy for guests.
Flexibility is needed. You will mainly work set shifts, usually between 9am – 3pm, 5 days out of 7, with start times between 8am – 10am. Early start times can be discussed at interview, along with flexible contracts or weekend-only work.
This role requires a certain level of fitness. Full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided. Experience is not required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference are essential.
We encourage internal development, with plans to have 100 new apprentices by year-end. Candidates may have the opportunity to enroll in our apprenticeship scheme after probation.
