MacGregor Black is working in partnership with a global FMCG beverage leader to appoint a Marketing Manager. This is a permanent, hybrid position.

This role plays a key part in delivering B2B marketing plans that champion market-leading hot beverage solutions across foodservice, hospitality, and retail channels in the UK & Ireland.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute UK customer marketing plans, promoting total hot beverage portfolio across B2B channels, ensuring alignment with the wider marketing strategy.
* Support business growth by delivering lead-generating initiatives, tracking performance, making recommendations, and equipping sales teams with tools to convert opportunities.
* Lead the planning and delivery of trade events and sponsorships, including stand design, activations, and communications, working closely with events and marketing colleagues.
* Manage marketing activity for branded hot beverages, associated products, and equipment within the out-of-home (OOH) channel, ensuring supplier relationships are strong and assets remain relevant and engaging.
* Oversee digital channels, including e-commerce and social media, to drive independent customer sales and raise brand visibility.
* Lead brand launches, product strategies, partnerships, and other key marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
* Manage the UK marketing budget, reporting and analysing performance in line with financial processes.
* Maintain and update the marketing asset library, providing resources to support the commercial team.
* Keep up to date with industry insights by collaborating with category and insight teams, conducting market reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth.


What We’re Looking For

* Experienced marketer with a background in B2B, foodservice, FMCG, or hot beverages.
* Degree or professional qualification in marketing (preferred but not essential).
* Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and people skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail, able to write clear briefs, proposals, and assess creative output.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, including search, social, and organic channels, is advantageous.
* Flexible approach with the ability to travel and adapt working hours when required.
