Our client is known for developing people professionally and personally and fully supporting long-term career growth. A working week could be a mix of office and site with one day working from home. Role and Responsibilities; • Prepare tender and contract documents for sub-contract orders. • Undertake cost analysis. • Perform risk, value management and cost control. • Advise on a procurement strategy. • Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. • Prepare and analyse costings for tenders. • Allocate work to subcontractors. • Provide advice on contractual claims. • Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports. • Value completed work and arrange payments in line with the contract. • Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use. • Keep abreast of statutory and industry changes to ensure operations are compliant. • Understand the health and safety regulations and implications. • Undertake accurate CVR reporting. • Produce procurement schedules. • Review and ...
