The job:
Based in Ipswich, you will be a key part of our store’s success, providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and advising on high-value purchases. Your daily tasks include:
* Making customers feel at home through excellent service
* Greeting customers and understanding their sleep preferences
* Becoming a Sleepmatch Master to help customers choose the right mattress using our sleep technology
* Maintaining store appearance through housekeeping and display updates
Ideal candidate:
