Duties
* Conduct roadside repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
* Diagnose electrical, diagnostic, and mechanical faults efficiently to determine appropriate repairs
* Manage and maintain your tools and ensure your van is stocked and prepared for each call-out typical of a Mobile Vehicle Technician's role
* Provide exceptional customer service to motorists in stressful situations
* Maintain accurate reports of repairs and diagnostics, ensuring compliance with company standards
* Embrace flexible working hours, including overnight stays if required, supporting travel as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
* Support the company's reputation by delivering professional, reliable roadside assistance at all times
Requirements
* Valid Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
* Proven technical ability with strong diagnostic and electrical skills
* Experience working as a mobile mechanic or roadside assistance technician
* Full UK driving licence with a clean record
* Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
* Flexible approach with willingness to travel and stay away overnight if necessary
