Position: Electrician (Permanent)
Location: Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL)
Salary: £38,270.09 per year, £864 per week OOH pay for on-call rota
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
- Maintain and fault‑find on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units.
- Complete rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant.
- Diagnose issues quickly and deliver high‑quality, efficient repairs.
- Manage materials, record work accurately, and work safely in line with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure homes are safe and fit for purpose.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served.
- City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
- AM2 qualification preferred but not essential.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commitment to Bromford’s values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel.
- A Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL).
