We are looking for a Careers and Progression Adviser for Inclusion to support our students with advice, guidance and careers development. Responsibilities
You will provide effective and high‑quality careers information, advice and guidance to learners across the college in accordance with the College’s careers guidance strategy. You will work alongside the wider Careers and Progression Team and work closely with teaching and support staff to develop students’ careers and progression. You will have a specific focus on students with support needs, such as those with EHCPs, whilst being on hand to deal with any Careers IAG needs from other students on a daily basis.
What you’ll need:
* Flexibility and a motivated approach to offering careers guidance and support, recent experience of providing information, advice and guidance.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of careers frameworks and support.
* The successful candidate will hold a Level 6 or above qualification in Careers Guidance.
* Experience of the issues facing young people with barriers to their learning and progression.
