Role : The US National Account Manager is fully responsible for the commercial and operational management of key strategic retailers, especially QVC. You will: Own sell-in and sell-out performance across the US Build and drive Joint Business Plans with strategic accounts Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making Lead the full 360° account operations: product launches, forecasts, stock tracking, promotions, and more Build strong, trust-based relationships with key retail buyers and partners Oversee and optimise trade investments Deliver and report on sales KPIs, forecasts, and ROI across all accounts Ensure tight internal coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing & Digital teams You are : Experienced in managing premium beauty, lifestyle or skincare retail accounts - experience with QVC.
