One of my clients are on the search for a permanent Caretaker / Handyperson to work on a part time basis. You will be contracted to 20 hours per week and will be expected to carry out planning maintenance and be able to react to call outs as required.
Duties
1. Basic plumbing
2. Tiling
3. Decorating & Painting
4. Changing locks/handles
5. Changing doors
6. Changing lights
7. Basic electrical - changing/installing sockets
8. Drainage & flushing
Requirements
9. No core qualifications required - just a solid understanding and practical ability in all of the above.
