After an incredible year of growth, the business is now expanding their team and hiring for a Marketing Executive. This is a super varied, full-360 marketing mix role in which you will support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing as a Marketing Executive:
* Working alongside the Marketing team to support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and reporting
* Assist with the management of content calendars, asset libraries, and brand guidelines
* Support product launches with research, presentations, activation planning, and tracking results
* Coordinate with influencers, athletes, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
* Monitor marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for innovation
* Analyse customer feedback, surveys, sales data and campaign insights to support strategic decisions
* Support B2B communications and help grow engagement with distributors, retail partners, and gym accounts
* Help coordinate trade events, sampling days, and distributor activations
What you will have as a Marketing Executive:
* 2 years experience in an Marketing Executive role, with an fmcg/consumer focused business
* Experience in marketing, PR, digital, or equivalent in-job experience
* Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing projects
* Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing and SMS platform
* Creativity and thinking outside the box!
* Experience in copy writing
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good organisational, time management, and project management skills
