Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Key Account Manager for a full‑time on‑site role in Londonderry. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, develop tailored energy solutions, and drive business growth. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include account management, developing business plans, analyzing client needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring key accounts to foster long‑term partnerships and addressing client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to maintain and grow client relationships.
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
* Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines while working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus.
* Third level qualification preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in microsolft excel.
