We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to join our team at Bourne Education Trust.
Our Educational Psychologist will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to children and young people across Bourne Education Trust (BET) schools. The role supports the development of inclusive practices, promotes positive outcomes for vulnerable learners, and contributes to the strategic development of SEND provision within the Trust.

Position: Educational Psychologist
Location: Addlestone, Surrey (regular travel to schools across the Trust is required)
Contract:Permanent, term time plus two weeks (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum) – flexible working available
Start Date: 1 st September 2025

Key responsibilities include:
* Provide consultation, assessment, and intervention to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
* Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and external agencies to promote inclusive practices and improve outcomes.
* Deliver statutory psychological advice for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and contribute to annual reviews.
* Participate in BET-wide initiatives, training, and supervision sessions.
Requirements include:
* Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils
* BPS Accredited Doctorate in Educational Psychology, or equivalent
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to travel to sites across Bourne Education Trust
* Experience in delivering training to professionals and families
* Specialist knowledge in areas such as autism, SEMH or cognitive assessment
