This position comes as our highly valued SBM prepares for retirement, presenting a tremendous opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual seeking a challenging and rewarding role.As the SBM, you will be responsible for overseeing the Federation’s finances, administration, facilities, and human resources. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our schools, working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and Governors as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Additionally, you will manage and work closely alongside our experienced office teams and the Premises Manager on a day-to-day operational basis.The Headteacher, pupils, governors, and staff take great pride in our schools and are excited about the prospect of collaborating with a visionary, innovative, and collaborative school business leader.
