Legal Secretary / Administrator - Residential Conveyancing Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid options available)Salary: From £27,000 per yearJob Types: Full-time or Part-time We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Administrator with a strong background in residential conveyancing within the Scottish legal system to join our busy and friendly team. You will work alongside solicitors, paralegals, and other legal secretaries handling a high volume of conveyancing transactions. Key Responsibilities Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals.Order property reports and process incoming/outgoing mail.Respond to client and third-party enquiries promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records and update case files.Set up new files and manage data using our case management system.Liaise with clients and assist with all allocated tasks. What We're Looking For Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing practice in Scotland.Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems.Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Arrangements Ideally full-time in the office.Part-time and hybrid working considered for the right candidate.Office is conveniently located in Glasgow city centre, close to major rail links.
