 
        
        Overview
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Head of Department, assisting senior fee earners whilst managing an appropriate caseload.
Responsibilities
 * Assisting senior solicitors with complex and high-value cases.
 * Managing a caseload of family matters with appropriate supervision.
 * Drafting applications, statements, and other legal documents.
 * Attending client conferences, hearings, and mediations as required.
 * Providing timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
 * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional obligations.
 * Working in accordance with the Resolution Code of Practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
 * Qualification as a solicitor (1-2 years PQE) with a genuine interest in family law.
 * Consideration will also be given to applications from experienced Paralegals who are part way through their legal studies.
 * Sound technical ability with strong drafting and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication skills and a high level of client care.
 * The ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
 * Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.
 * Competence on IT packages including Excel, HMCTS Portal and Practical Law.
 * Experience of advocacy is desired, but not a requirement.
