People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Newton Heath, Manchester.

Rates of Pay
* £16.00 per hour Monday - Friday day shifts
* £17.00 per hour Saturday day shifts
* £18.35 per hour Sunday day shifts
* £17.00 per hour Monday - Friday night shifts
* £17.55 per hour Saturday night shifts
* £20.35 per hour Sunday night shifts
Day to Day Duties
* Drive Category CE vehicles safely and efficiently
* Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
* Carry out vehicle inspections and report any faults to management
* Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner
* Communicate any issues / delays effectively
* Abide by all working time rules and regulations
* Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
* At least two years' experience driving Category CE vehicles
* Hold a valid CPC and digital tachograph card
* No more than six points for MINOR offences (No IN10, DR10, DD10)
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Over two years experience driving Category CE vehicles
Training
* Must pass a one-hour company assessment, both written and practical
* Industry related training and support provided throughout
