Purpose of the Role
To manage the full commercial and operational performance of their defined region.
This includes new business lead generation, client relationship management, service delivery
and retention.
The Regional Manager owns the region’s PCL, builds local partnerships and ensures that both
client needs and workforce supply are aligned for growth.
Key Responsibilities Sales Growth
* Identify and develop new client opportunities within the region.
* Convert leads into active contracts through local networking, referrals and partnership
building.
* Manage pricing discussions, proposals and onboarding of new clients.
* Track and forecast regional growth opportunities and pipeline, reporting this to the CSM.
Client Management G Retention
* Act as primary escalation point for regional client concerns with service delivery or
coverage.
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
* Implement proactive retention strategies to reduce churn and expand existing client hours delivery.
* Conduct quarterly client reviews, training and feedback sessions.
Operational Delivery
* Oversee Consultants and Resourcers to ensure full coverage of client shifts.
* Monitor weekly hours delivery and fulfilment rates.
* Manage regional shift fill efficiency rates and workforce availability.
* Ensure consistent quality and service standards across the region.
Financial Performance Management
* Own regional PCL performance, ensuring profit and growth.
* Monitor margin erosion and client utilisation rates.
* Deliver on weekly hours, fill rates and new candidate targets.
* Review consultant and Resourcer performance data weekly.
Team Leadership
* Coach Consultants on both sales and delivery best practices.
* Support Resourcers to maintain strong candidate pipelines.
* Create a collaborative, high-performance culture within the regional team.
* Conduct monthly 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and training plans.
