A specialist engineering business, based on the outskirts of Warwick, is seeking a Service Engineer to take on a diverse role combining field service, machinery assembly, and hands-on problem-solving. What the Service Engineer role involves: Carrying out service visits to customer sites across the UK Commissioning new products and performing installations and repairs Delivering training and handovers to customers Building, wiring, and testing electro-mechanical machinery in-house Designing electrical panels and integrating machine hardware Producing documentation, from electrical drawings to safety evaluations Supporting with component repair and internal technical meetings What the ideal Service Engineer would have: Level 3 qualification in Electrotechnical Services – or equivalent 18th Edition Certification (BS 7671:2018) Understanding of Machinery Regulations & BS standards Hands-on mechanical skills Strong understanding of drives, control systems, and industrial equipment Preferably experience with PLC programming Why join?
