To create a welcoming and inclusive environment, foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and liaise with appropriate external agencies. Work with teachers and teams to differentiate teaching resources, materials and delivery. Support the teaching by monitoring, assessing, and recording pupils' progress and next steps.
