Job Description
The role involves managing key accounts and developing new business across the West Midlands market sectors. Reporting to the Head of Sales, responsibilities include:
1. Delivering new business sales aligned with company capabilities
2. Managing and strengthening existing client relationships
3. Maintaining and updating a sales pipeline
4. Cross-selling to existing and new customers across all sites
5. Achieving new business targets and managing accounts
6. Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
7. Developing team and business growth goals
Person Specification
Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven success in sales, with experience in packaging, heavy duty, timber, or related sectors
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional demeanor
* Reliability, determination, and empathy in communication
