Glenrothes, Ballingry, Leven, Cardenden, Cowdenbeath, Dunfermline, Inverkeithing, Rosyth and Dalgety Bay
?? Rota: 2-Week Rolling Rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
