Registered Care Manager
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (negotiable based on experience) + performance-based bonuses
Company car provided after probation.
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties

About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join a growing care service in Grantham. This is a hands-on role that will shape the future of the business, from CQC registration to staff recruitment and business development.
You'll have the autonomy to lead, manage, and ensure high-quality care, all while helping the business grow from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead CQC registration and maintain compliance.
* Develop and implement care standards and policies.
* Build relationships with local healthcare professionals, GPs, and organizations.
* Recruit and train care staff to build a strong, motivated team.
* Oversee and ensure high-quality care services.
* Network to grow the client base and drive referrals.
* Take ownership of business development and meet targets for growth.
* Lead by example—deliver care services and oversee operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Have Registered Care Manager experience with strong CQC knowledge.
* Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or actively working towards it).
* Be hands-on and proactive, willing to get involved with care and staff recruitment.
* Have a proven ability to develop and manage a domiciliary care team, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
* Have a full UK driving licence (company car provided after probation).
* Experience in business development within the care sector is essential; the ability to network and build relationships will be key to success.
* Be based locally (within a 30-minute radius of Grantham).
* Have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a people-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a mature and thoughtful approach to leadership, with an ability to read people and adapt accordingly.
