As a Team Leader, you play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store.
Responsibilities
* Coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring they are set up for success.
* Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets.
* Supporting the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss and store procedures.
* Stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence, keeping everything running smoothly.
* Being a key holder and ensuring the store is opened and closed at the correct times.
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your team does the same.
