Job Description
3. Active account chasing and relationship building via telephone and email
4. Manage accurate and timely reconciliations.
5. Process and allocate incoming payments to appropriate accounts.
6. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to account balances.
7. Prepare and distribute financial reports to support internal decision-making processes.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance
9. Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as required.
10. Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
