Royal Mail is looking for dedicated and reliable delivery drivers to join our team in Halesowen. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mail and parcels are delivered to our customers on time and with care. You will be responsible for driving and delivering mail in a safe and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely drive and deliver parcels and mail within a specified area in Halesowen.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to both residential and business addresses.
3. Handle and load packages and mail efficiently.
4. Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism during interactions with customers.
5. Adhere to all traffic laws and Royal Mail safety regulations.
Requirements:
6. A valid UK driving license (held for at least 1 year).
7. Ability to lift and carry parcels of varying sizes and weights.
8. Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
9. Must be comfortable with undergoing a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Location:Dudley
Working Hours:2:00 PM – 7:00 PM(Must be available to work weekends)
Pay Rate:£13.37 per hour
