Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary academy in Enfield to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious Science department, delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be passionate about the sciences, committed to raising attainment, and confident in inspiring students of all abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
3. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
4. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Monitor and track student progress, supporting them to achieve their potential
6. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. QTS (or be working towards QTS)
8. Experience teaching Science at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
9. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
10. Enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students
11. Availability to start ASAP
