We are actively seeking an experienced IT Workstream Programme Lead to support a high-profile business integration following a recent acquisition. This role will lead a critical IT workstream within a wider transformation programme that spans both enterprise systems and infrastructure.
As the IT Workstream Programme Lead, you will take ownership of two key delivery areas:

The successful IT Workstream Programme Lead will bring a blend of programme delivery expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on technical understanding. This role is a unique opportunity to drive outcomes on a live programme operating on a critical path through to February 2026.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Lead multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM)
* Proven experience in technical infrastructure delivery – including service transition, server consolidation, and EUC/device rollouts
* Strong programme management and governance capabilities
* Confident stakeholder manager at senior/exec level, including reporting and escalation
* Skilled at risk identification, mitigation, and maintaining programme momentum
* Comfortable owning delivery in a complex, multi-workstream environment
