Bordereaux & Finance Technician Our client is looking for a detail-driven Bordereaux & Finance Technician with strong accounting and data management skills. You'll be responsible for processing bordereaux files, maintaining ledger accuracy, and ensuring compliance across multiple functions. Your work will directly impact reporting to insurers, reinsurers, and regulatory bodies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within the insurance industry. Industry: Insurance Location: Fully Remote Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Pay Rate: £17.94 - £20.51 per hour Contract: 1-2 months ongoing (with strong potential to go permanent) Perks include: ✅ Fully remote working ✅ Potential to go permanent ✅ Great company benefits ✅ Exposure to a fast-paced, professional insurance environment Key Responsibilities Data Management & Processing Receive, validate, and process bordereaux files Ensure data aligns with binder terms and conditions Identify and resolve discrepancies or formatting issuesSystems & Reporting Upload and reconcile data in internal systems (e.g., Sage, policy admin platforms) Maintain accurate records and audit trails Generate reports for internal and external stakeholdersCompliance & Controls Ensure submissions meet regulatory and contractual requirements Apply authority checks based on monetary thresholds Support internal audits and respond to compliance queriesStakeholder Communication Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance teams, and external partners Assist in onboarding new partners with bordereaux templates and requirements Provide feedback to improve data quality and submission processes What We're Looking For Experience in bordereaux processing, insurance operations, or data administration Strong understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles (especially A&H or delegated authority) Proficiency in Excel and data tools; Sage experience is a plus High attention to detail and analytical thinking Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This role is advertised by the Office Angels London Bridge Branch.
