* Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
* Experience in the design and construction of major new industrial buildings with multifunctionality – workshops, storage and offices
* Security clearance
* Experience working in the defence sector
* Experience in stakeholder management
* Knowledge of HSE requirements
* Experience in managing multidisciplinary design elements of buildings and ensuring designer technical performance
* Preferred Chartered architect or engineer registered with the appropriate body
* Beneficial to have experience on high hazard facilities in the nuclear sector or hospitals such as X-Ray facilities
* Technical experience in managing facility upgrades or construction projects
