You'll work closely with teams to ensure every colleague has the skills and knowledge to make sure that each customer receives exceptional, person-centred support aligned with their Life Plan.

Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging workshops and coaching to support colleague development.
* Facilitate reflective practice and team learning to improve service quality.
* Support performance reviews and career development pathways.
* Evaluate the impact of learning interventions through audits, feedback, and observation.
* Collaborate with managers and mentors to ensure robust inductions and ongoing support.

* I have a strong understanding of performance management and reflective practice.
* I have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* I already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* I have a qualification in coaching/assessing or teaching adult learners (or I am willing to work towards).

At Belong, you'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking organisation that values your expertise and invests in your growth. You'll help shape the future of care while making a real difference in people's lives - all while living our values every day.
